Greg will prepare and share a traditional Irish St. Patrick’s Day meal with slow cooked lamb stew, oven roast and glazed carrots along with colcannon, a traditional dish of potatoes and cabbage or kale. But first, he will start with dessert, including an easy and delicious “pudding” (as dessert is known in Ireland) – Irish Orange Marmalade Cake and, of course, the most traditional of all, Irish Soda Bread, filled with raisins, currants and caraway.
