Sunday, August 20th at 12:00 noon - Pie Camp! Peach Pie
The last of our summer Pie Camp classes. In these classes we have worked on perfecting our all butter crust, then pairing that crust with the flavors of summer everyone loves. Send the kids to camp and bring yourself to Valley Forge Flowers for our "Summer Pie Camp."

Sunday, September 24th at 12:00 noon - Quiche
Quiche is a great breakfast, delightful lunch or even a light supper. Michael's quiche is flavorful with pork, Gruyere and leek cooking into an all butter crust. This is one of his favorites and may become one of yours. Michael's quiche was recently featured in Eggland's Best company magazine!

Sunday, October 22nd at 12:00 noon - Souffle
Join us as we take the mystery out of making a souffle. In our class, we will learn the versatility and easiness of the souffle by making two versions: a sweet and a savory.

Michael Castillo has previously taught for many years at Williams-Sonoma and has a coast-to-coast following on the internet.
