Our Hummingbird Cake is the perfect dessert to herald the coming of Spring and Easter. This cake is as moist and delicious as a carrot cake is, however, this cake is filled with the wonderful flavors of pineapple, bananas, pecans and covered with a cream cheese frosting.

Michael Castillo has previously taught for many years at Williams-Sonoma and has a coast-to-coast following on the internet.
